The film producers were quickly convinced as soon as they discovered our beautiful island, which started ofcourse with the oldtime classic 'The Godfather'. Pressure on 2021 and 2022 wedding dates is huge. Due to the 2020 lockdown approximately 80% of the 2020 weddings were postponed and rescheduled for 2021 and 2022. Furthermore we do expect prices in the wedding industry to increase by a min of 20% or more due to the extreme demand for dates in 2021 and 2022.

Will the Corona-virus affect your wedding day?
The Covid-19 crisis keeps the world's minds busy. Couples getting married in 2020 are wondering what the consequences will be for them. And we understand the anxiety. Of course you have concerns if you have planned your wedding this year. There are many questions that unfortunately remain unanswered for the time being. We will keep our wedding couples informed as best as possible.
As we all know, Italy is currently in a lock-down until May 3, 2020. All International flights are suspended and things are changing fast. We are monitoring the sitation day by day and are in close contact with our wedding couples discussing mitigating measures. In concert with our wedding couples, we postponed all weddings that were planned in April, May and June 2020. And we especially want to thank our suppliers who showed a great deal of flexibility and creativity to meet the wishes of the bridal couples.
Next focus is July and August 2020 for which weddings we are creating road maps to be ready whenever the need to postpone comes around. For our fall weddings and beyond there is still time to wait. But we do keep the venue’s availability to accommodate a postponement in mind since so many springtime weddings already moved.
Our best advise for wedding couples at this moment is to stay calm and do not do anything drastic before you have a chance to be properly informed. Be prepared and if you can, book a wedding planner so they can help you navigate through the planning and offer options.
